there are times when you feel so helpless about life. everything is just spiralling out of control, and you wish things were much much better.is the world as warm and friendly as it seems to be? it really depends on the way you look at it. But looking at things with optimism is much easier said than done.

it has been a long time since i blogged. Some may think i'm mugging...but well, i'm not exactly a mugger. have been quite slack throughout this year actually. so i'm basically quite screwed. haha.but frankly speaking, i have come to a stage where results doesn't matter so much anymore. i think there is much more in life than to study. I have already planned out what i want to do during the holidays, which of course is much more than playing and studying.
i'm not sure if i'm brainwashed by my gp tutor, who is super pro-Singapore, but i'm starting to believe that Singapore's education system is not as bad as it seems. Well, we do crap stuff [like pw (hey, pw teaches you how to do interviews and write reports) and spa], and its basically rote learning for both O and A levels, but essentially, it does prepare you with the necessary qualifications for tertiary education. and we cannot deny that singapore bears one of the best education infrastructure in the world. of course there are, in my opinion, better systems or infrastructures in the world. like canada, switzerland or finland. at least that's what i tink.
