the amazing race asia edition season 2

i was watching the amazing race asia edition season 2, and...to place it nicely, it just isn't as nice as the american version.it's just weird. the contestants are supposed to use GPRS to GUIDE their taxi drivers to their destination. later, for the detour, they have to make a choice between climbing 48 storeys and walking (or something similar, i don't know how to describe) between 2 towers of the suntec city. now, who on earth will choose the first choice? and in manila, they are forced to eat duck eggs which are fertilized. that's like super obscene, much worse than ostrich eggs (which is the worse i've seen from the american seasons).
the last team to arrive has a 30min penalty...erm...it's just weird la.
(btw, allan wu's spoken english is horrible.)
and of course, you see typical s'porean (or asian) behaviour there. just so unglam.
and as the winners of the first leg of the race, you don't win a tour by travelocity, but 2 nokia N-series handphones! wow!
as for the final price, it's not $1million, but $100, 000 (or was it $10, 000) ???
